I’d like to take this New Year’s Day to wish all of my clients and BLOG readers a very happy, safe and healthy New Year! With the busy holiday season behind us, it’s a great time to start thinking about buying, selling or investing in the market. As you likely know by now, I specialize in the Central/Northern NJ market of Union, Somerset and Morris Counties and also at the Shore from Long Branch to LBI.
As mentioned in other BLOG postings, the upcoming year looks to be little changed from last as far as real estate trends go, so if you are looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate, I’m your man in the Westfield/Summit and surrounding area as well as coastal Ocean & Monmouth Counties.
